Clubhouse renovation and refurbishment

Most clubs do not need a new building. They need the existing one to work harder and look the part. We plan and manage renovations that transform tired, cluttered or dated spaces without losing what your members love.

Renovation that starts with a design, not a quote

The most expensive renovation is the one that is changed halfway through. We begin with a clear design and a detailed scope, so the club knows what it is getting before the first wall is touched, and your contractors price the same drawings.

We look at what can stay, what must go and what small changes will make the biggest difference. Often a reworked layout, better lighting and the right furniture do more than a full strip-out.

From dated to desirable

Typical projects include refreshing a pro shop so it sells better, modernising a members bar, opening up a closed-in lounge, upgrading locker rooms, and bringing conference and function spaces up to the standard visitors expect today.

Our Show Room below shows what that journey looks like, from the starting point, through construction, to the finished space.

Keeping the club running

We phase the work around your calendar, protect member areas and trading space, and coordinate suppliers and trades so there are no surprises on site.

Questions people ask

What is the difference between a renovation and a refurbishment?

A refurbishment usually renews finishes, furniture and lighting in an existing layout. A renovation can also change the layout, walls and services. We advise which one suits your goals and budget, and many projects combine both.

Can you work with a limited budget?

Yes. We prioritise the changes that make the biggest difference and can phase the work across financial years.

Do you do the building work yourselves?

We design, specify, procure and manage. The construction and shopfitting is done by qualified trades, either your own contractors or ones we coordinate, and we keep them to the design.
